A global solution to support Unilever’s internal stakeholders

The challenge

Unilever’s DXP (Design, Experience, and Projects) team wanted a strategic partner who could quickly develop and roll-out a global solution to support their internal stakeholders. These real estate projects covered locations from Auckland to Buenos Aires. Challenges included validating the business cases and piloting solutions to improve the employee experience.

Our solution

Our team responded to Unilever’s requirements with innovative tech-based solutions that provided real-time collaboration and data sharing compatible with their systems. Our experience of global programmes for large corporate occupiers enabled us to quickly mobilise our solution to deliver a successful outcome for Unilever.

Methodology

Strategic initiatives

We have led Unilever’s capital planning process, developed an integrated project process, and were a trusted advisor on emerging workplace technologies.

Strategic procurement

Unilever leverage our global experience and knowledge to ensure their global project management, design and furniture frameworks are robust, relevant and flexible.

Project feasibility

We have optimised the DXP feasibility process. We lead the team to ensure the workplace strategy, test fits and CAPEX estimates are co-ordinated to be used as inputs to business cases.

Project governance

One of our key roles in the DXP team is to onboard Unilever and third party teams to the process. We also drive the close out process to collect benchmarking data to inform future projects.

Using our technology

Our scalable solution has been able to meet the challenges and surpass expectations of Unilever through the use of the Seven technology platform. We have been able to provide real time collaboration and data sharing with Unilever’s systems.

Seven did a lot of the heavy lifting on this. Credit to the Seven team for their hard work and the value add. Thank you!
